Return policy for online purchases
Hester van Eeghen B.V. wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Hester van Eeghen B.V. online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged, for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. We reserve the right to refuse authorization to return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the costs for return are for the Consumer
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. To return an item, please email email@example.com. You will receive authorization and instructions. Upon receipt of the merchandise, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Upon receipt of returned goods, The Company reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
